The location was great, within short walking distance to Bograshov Beach. The breakfast food was particularly good, the staff were super friendly!

Had good 3 nights here. All the staff was helpful. My room included central heating, TV and a writing desk. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. Its location was magnificent, close to the beaches, pubs and the sea and the palm trees.

Original place, I appreciated affable personnel.

Hotel overlooked city and the room was big size. Its location right next to Tel Aviv Promenade was favourable and top. There were small markets and a market around the venue.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Tel Aviv. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and everything I needed was within walking distance. My room was comfortable and air-conditioned, which was a relief after being out in the sun all day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. a fantastic experience.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks are incredible. The hotel has a fantastic onsite restaurant called Flamingo Cafe, so you don't have to go anywhere else. It's a great place to stay while exploring Tel Aviv.

    Location was good for beach/city

Room was not cleaned for several days until we complained. Floor was filthy. Furntiture in room looked dated. Some staff were grumpy and not very knowledgeable of local services (train to airport, best restaurants, etc). Some staff seemed disenterested.

Food was appetising and I have nothing but really great memories from this trip. The room was exceptionally comfortable and fine for cocktails and I truly enjoyed the original-style building. Location: the hotel was so close to the beach and restaurants and Tel Aviv with Compass Travel Israel-booked a 6 days Christian tour package and the center. Before bed I went to Jessica Restro Bar for a nightcap, it's a short walk to the property...

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and within walking distance of historical attractions in the area. It's great to be able to easily explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer without having to travel far. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any queries or requests. It's reassuring to know that they are there to assist and make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms are well-equipped and suitable for families with children, with basic amenities provided. It's always a relief to find a hotel that caters to the needs of families by offering comfortable accommodations. The breakfast at this hotel is included, providing a convenient and satisfying start to the day. It's wonderful to have the option of enjoying a delicious meal before heading out to explore the surroundings.

Although there were some minor maintenance issues, overall everything was satisfactory.

The staff at Imperial is terrific and the location can't be beat. Great option if you're heading to Tel Aviv to enjoy the beach and/or shopping. The seaside is a five minute walk away (if you're slow) and Dizengoff Centre is 10-15 away (on foot) as well. Again, terrific location and great staff.

I'm originally from the US so I can say that Americans, in particular, may take issue with the hotel's cleanliness. It's actually better than many in this price range throughout Europe, but it may not be quite on par with what you're expecting from a hotel of this size. It's certainly not dirty, but it's about on par with what you might see in a family home with working parents and children.

I asked then I check-in to make 2 bills (one for me and another for my brother), they promise me it is not a problem. Then I check out, they claim I not asked for 2 invoice, only after prove, they agree to do it. At the end I got invoice for only one night ( I sleep 5 nights), and they wrote another country (Moldova instead of Lithuania). My accountant doesn't know what to do with it. Also in lobby hall staff fighting between each other very loudly. It was not possible stay in lobby and speak with friends. In bathroom after washing water fill all bathroom and not go out. Was very difficult to go inside after washing.

We enjoyed this place - original hotel.

Nice stay, we were there for 1 day. Clean, good value hotel, the location was good right by the beaches. The standard queen room room was included with the bar, the same clothes plus cocktails.
